A new collection goes live. You have a limited window — usually 2-3 weeks — to place your order.

Once the pre-order window ends, no more orders are accepted. We tally everything up and send to production.

Your pieces are produced and shipped within the stated window. You'll receive tracking as soon as they're on their way.

The drop moves to the Vault. It may return someday for a special 48-hour window — but there are no guarantees.
