Blame On Mercury operates on a made-to-order model. Your items are produced after the drop window closes, ensuring zero waste and maximum quality. This means there is a production period before your order ships.
Production Time
Production begins after the drop window closes. Each item is individually produced and quality-checked by our production partner. Typical production time is 2–7 business days, depending on the item. You will be notified by email when your order enters production and when it ships.
Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the shipping method and your location. Once your order is dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

Tracking
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. You can also check your order status in your account at any time.
Customs & Duties
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.
Returns
As our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, we stand behind the quality of our products:
- Defective or damaged items — contact us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement
- Wrong item received — we will send the correct item at no additional cost
- Quality issues — if you are not satisfied with the quality, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue

EU Consumer Rights
Your statutory rights under EU consumer protection law are not affected by our return policy. All products come with a minimum 2-year legal guarantee against defects under EU law.
