1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using blameonmercury.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website. These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable EU law.

2. Pre-Order Model

Blame On Mercury operates on a pre-order, made-to-order model. When you place an order during a drop window, you are placing a pre-order for a product that will be manufactured specifically for you. Products are produced after the drop window closes and shipped within the estimated timeframe provided on the product page and in your order confirmation.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable VAT. Payment is processed securely via Stripe at the time of order. We accept major credit and debit cards. The total price including delivery charges will be confirmed before you complete your purchase.

4. Right of Withdrawal

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, as our products are made to order and personalised to your specifications, they are exempt from the right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of the Directive.

By completing your order, you acknowledge that the product will be manufactured to your specifications and that you waive your right of withdrawal once production begins.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times are provided on each product page and in your order confirmation. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

  • EU deliveries: typically 5–10 business days after production
  • International deliveries: typically 10–20 business days after production
  • Import duties and taxes may apply for orders outside the EU and are the customer's responsibility

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we generally cannot accept returns. However:

  • Defective items — if your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or full refund
  • Wrong item — if you receive the wrong item, we will send the correct one at no extra cost
  • EU consumer rights — your statutory rights under EU consumer protection law are not affected

7. Legal Guarantee

Under EU law, all products come with a minimum 2-year legal guarantee against defects. If a defect appears within this period, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, logos, images, and text, is the property of Blame On Mercury and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

9. Communications

We will send you transactional emails related to your orders (confirmations, shipping updates). Marketing communications (drop announcements, promotions) will only be sent with your explicit consent. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any marketing email or through your account settings.

10. Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve any disputes directly. If you are not satisfied with our resolution, EU consumers may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. If you are a consumer in the EU, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident, regardless of these terms.
